Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you.

For all the same day orders, orders have to be made before 5pm on the same day. All orders after 5pm considered for delivery by the next day.

We  are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within 3 hours on orders.

we will try our best to honour the client’s request but cannot committed 100% efficiency in the timing of delivery.

Time shown on website are IST (Indian Standard Time) and the prices shown on the website are in INR (Indian Rupees) . Kindly check the price before placing the orders

Change in Address:

Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before  24 hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified within 24 hrs from delivery date.

Change requests will be entertained for any international order only 24 working hours prior to the delivery date unless confirmed by our Customer Service team on email.

Product Arrangements:

Product will be delivered as per the product description on website.

Product delivered may not be exactly the same as those shown on the website. But  We make all possible efforts to deliver the similar arrangement but because of seasonal and location constraints, we may need to substitute some flowers ,  colour of flowers, container, basket and flavours of cake .

Flowers bouquet design, Cake Shape , Flowers Style / Decoration , Baskets , Trays, Wrapping shown on website are indicative only. Actual shipment may not contain / vary in shape / colour , wrapping or decoration. Website Products seen may vary from original flowers in terms of availability.

Rules for delivery:

By placing an order at our website, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on Flowerzila website.

Your submitting of the order is subject to our acceptance of the offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provided by customer.

Order booked for Early Morning & Fix Time Delivery are available in some cities. In case we are not able to deliver your order in specified time, we will refund any extra delivery charges paid by you. Please note you will be still charged for products and other order contents.

Deliveries to Corporate office & Hotels the proper  name of receiver .

Order delivery will be attempted only once and for any reason if we are unable to deliver order , we may ask for extra charges for Redelivery of your order .

Under extreme and rare cases, if we are not able to make a delivery we will ensure that you get 100% refund of your money. No other claims apart from the 100% refund will be tenable.

Due to uncertain occasion / disaster like rain, snow, strike, earthquake, riots, lockdown, virus outbreaks or any similar natural or public incident, if we are unable to deliver on the same day, the same order would be delivered on the next day.

Rules for unfounded recipient

Please make sure you provide correct address and phone numbers with details when making a request to make our delivery process efficient and reliable. Flowerzila will not be responsible for any incorrect addresses and no complaints for the same will be entertained.

Order will be shown as Delivered when receiver is not available at address, premises closed, receiver phone no. is wrong number, receiver not reachable over phone, receiver not taking our phone, Receiver refuse to accept the order delivery.

Valentine Day Orders

Orders placed for Valentine week (7th – 14th February) cannot be cancelled.
This is because we plan and process orders way in advance to ensure we deliver the best during Valentine Rush.

No Fixed Time Guarantee for Valentine Week Orders.

While we put in best of our efforts to ensure delivery of your orders as soon as possible, due to huge rush during Valentine week we do not offer any fixed time guarantee. Valentine orders are processed on first-come-first-serve basis, delivery areas and other local conditions.

Damaged deliveries:

If your flowers are delivered in poor condition, damaged or don’t match the product description given online, you should be able to get a full or partial refund.

We will cater to  customer reports of damaged products/ flowers on the same day of delivery only. The problem reports must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product.
